Avir Health Group is seeking an experienced Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team in Bellville, Texas. The CMA will prepare, administer, report and record medications according to physician orders and established policies to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.

Responsibilities include staying current on drug knowledge for the elderly, observing the 5 rights, and maintaining accurate medication records.

Competenze

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide by the Department of Health.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience.

Mansioni

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drugs and their side effects specific to the elderly population.
• Follow the 5 rights when administering medications.
