Job summary

UCF Clinical LLC is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at UCF Health in Orlando, FL. The CMA will support both administrative and clinical tasks, including patient prep, vital signs, and basic lab work under physician supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and preparing patients for exams
• Taking vital signs and medical histories
• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens, Performs point-of-care testing in office
• Ensures proper forms are signed and dated, such as consent to treat, Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) forms, medical releases, and HIPAA forms
• Documented results communicated to the patient after physician has reviewed the results, updates medical records
