Job summary

Djanda is seeking a CEI Resident Compliance Specialist in Miami, Florida. In this full-time role, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements on construction projects, particularly those funded by FDOT.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and relevant experience in compliance monitoring, as well as strong analytical skills. The benefits package includes GAP insurance, retirement options, paid vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Resident Compliance Specialist.
• 2 years supporting compliance monitoring on construction projects.
• Prior experience with FDOT-funded or State/Federal Aid construction projects.
• Knowledge of EEO/AA laws and FDOT’s DBE and OJT programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, collect, and evaluate compliance data; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Attend all Resident Compliance Specialist training sessions/workshops.
• Spend designated time at the District Compliance office.
• Work collaboratively with project team members to ensure compliance with all standards and requirements.
• Utilize Creative’s digital tools to streamline reporting and communication.
