Job description

Essential Functions:

1. Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service by following Lowe's policies, assisting customers with their needs, and communicating product information effectively.
2. In-stock: Manages delivery activities, prepares loads, verifies product conditions, and ensures timely delivery of merchandise.
3. Clean and Safe Stores: Maintains safety and cleanliness standards, conducts vehicle inspections, reports DOT compliance, and ensures a secure environment.
4. Operates store equipment as needed and performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with specific endorsements depending on location
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass MVR screen and obtain necessary licensure
• Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic, and be at least 21 years old
• Compliance with DOT and CDL regulations

Preferences:

• Experience driving semi-trucks/trailers or certification from a driving school
• Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service
• Experience operating forklifts or Moffett equipment
