Essential Functions:

1. Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service by following Lowe's policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer questions and assist with project guidance.
• Express genuine appreciation to customers.
• Communicate information about stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties.
• Coordinate delivery and contact customers regarding delivery status.

In-stock

• Plan and execute delivery activities, including loading and building delivery loads.
• Inspect products before loading and verify invoice details.

Clean and Safe Stores

• Ensure loads are secure and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Update delivery statuses in the system.
• Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery.
• Maintain vehicle inspections and cleanliness.
• Complete DOT reporting for compliance.
• Detect and report security risks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate store equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with necessary endorsements.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening and obtain required licensure.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Compliance with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

• Experience driving semi-trucks or certification from a driving school.
• Experience in home delivery or retail customer service.
• Experience with forklift or onloading/offloading vehicles.
