Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for a full-time Catering Captain at Medtronic Mounds View, Arden Hills, MN. The role coordinates catering staff schedules, ensures timely service, and supports the Catering Director.

You should have catering experience and a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain a food handler or alcohol servers permit as required by state law. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.50 per hour, with full benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; may require a food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, serving and cleanup.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered events.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures in line with HACCP standards.
• Interacts with customers to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Instructs staff on work expectations and assists with setup at venues.
