Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Catering Attendant for a full-time role at Graham Capital Cafe in Fairfield, CT. Shifts are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with health insurance and uniform laundering available at select locations.

Prior catering/front‑of‑house experience is preferred, and a valid license/food handler or alcohol server permit may be required by state law. Responsibilities include delivery and service at catered functions, maintaining temperatures, setup and cleanup, and

Qualifications

• Previous catering attendant and front‑of‑house experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; must have or obtain a food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations and buffet setups.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after event and returns equipment to catering facility.
• Ensures friendly, courteous service at all times.
