Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions at the POS with accuracy and courtesy.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized.
• Assist donors and shoppers with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Maintain clean and presentable displays and dressing rooms.
• Support training of new team members as needed.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and handle exchanges per policy.
• End each transaction with a positive closing message.
