Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Provide medication assistance, housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship.
• Document daily activities and report to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety, dress code, and confidentiality policies.
