Job summary

Avenues Home Care in Nashville is seeking a Full Time Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the local area. You will perform ADLs, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship per each client’s plan of care.

The role requires compassionate individuals with strong communication, reliability, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. A CNA license or equivalent caregiver experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA license or equivalent caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs per client plan of care.
• Provide medication assistance, meal prep, and transportation support.
• Perform light housekeeping and companionship as needed.
• Report daily activity and changes to supervisor via approved systems.
