Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a dedicated Caregiver at St Thomas, PA 17252 for full-time days/afternoons/weekends Sun–Thu 7a–3p. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities, help them participate in community activities, and develop practical daily skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities and independent living goals.
• Support participants to participate in community activities and routines.
• Document progress and communicate needs to supervisors and care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
• Provide compassionate, patient, and reliable care aligned with care plans.
