Silverado Senior Living Management Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s and memory-related conditions. You will blend empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

You lead with heart, patience, and integrity while working in a team-focused environment and helping residents live with dignity and joy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

Anticipated pay range

$19 — $22 USD
