Job summary

Silverado San Juan Capistrano is hiring caregivers to provide hands-on memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and related conditions. You will join a compassionate team that values empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

The role requires assisting with daily living activities, building relationships with residents and families, and documenting care notes while supporting residents in a safe, respectful setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Full Time, AM shift, Tuesday - Saturday

Anticipated pay range

$19 - $22 USD
