A leading caregiver organization in California is seeking compassionate Caregivers to assist residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Successful candidates will provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents while maintaining accurate care records. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, preferably with experience in caregiving. This position offers a pay range of $19 to $22 USD per hour, along with 401(k) matching and health insurance among other benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule:

PRN (Per Diem), AM shift, Friday - Sunday, must have an open availability for weekends and holidays

Anticipated pay range: $19 USD - $22 USD
