The role requires compassionate patient care, precise imaging, and efficient documentation in a fast-paced clinical environment, with a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM schedule and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Must have current RDMS or RCS credentials or must be eligible to take RDMS/RCS at time of hire and must pass within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to perform cardiac ultrasound procedures with high-quality imaging.
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures, positioning them appropriately, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration before and after each exam.
• Accurately completes all necessary documentation and charges in a timely manner.
• Create accurate preliminary impressions based on the findings of the ultrasound examination, providing initial interpretations to assist the physician in diagnosis.
• Review patient history and practitioner orders to ensure the correct imaging procedure is performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
