Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a Full-Time Cardiac Sonographer in Wilmington, DE to join our nonprofit health system. The role involves performing diagnostic echocardiography and supporting physicians with accurate imaging and patient care.

The schedule is five 8-hour shifts (10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.), day/evening with on-call and weekend rotation. Candidates must be registry-eligible and pass RDCS/RCS exams; CPR certified; strong teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical diagnostic ultrasound program or equivalent training.
• Registry-eligible and must sit for registry within first year of employment.
• Pass the registry exam from ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS).

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac ultrasound procedures.
• Assists the cardiologist with imaging and equipment operation during transesophageal echocardiography.
• Documents patient history and technologist impressions on exam forms.
• Assists in training of students and Cardiology Fellows in the Non-Invasive Lab.
• Rotates on on-call schedule including weekends.
• Performs pediatric echocardiography if experienced.
