TRANZACT is a nationwide insurance services business focused on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Life & Supplemental policies. We hire within 50 miles of several locations and offer full-time inside sales with uncapped monthly bonuses and guaranteed earnings floors in the first 90 days.

Training is provided and full benefits are included. Our team represents major insurance brands and helps consumers select the right plans.

Qualifications

• Life and/or Health insurance license held or to be obtained.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacts and qualifies prospective customers and explains features and merits of policies offered.
• Communicates professionally with customers to explain policies and follow up to sell appropriate plans.
• Calculates and quotes premium rates for recommended policies.
• Develops and maintains thorough product knowledge.
• Follows scripts and sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner.

Job Description

TRANZACT is hiring within 50 miles of Tampa, FL., Fort Myers, FL., Charlotte, NC., Richardson, TX., North Canton, OH., remote within the state of West Virginia or virtual/remote for some licensed insurance agent candidates.

Our typical first year Sales Agents earn $62,000 - $75,000 per year including uncapped monthly bonuses!!

New to the Insurance Industry? Not a problem! Some of our best sales agents come from hospitality, teaching, marketing and other fields. If you do not have a Health Insurance license, we will help you obtain your Insurance License through our comprehensive pre-licensing course.

The Sales Agent typically holds Life and/or Health insurance license and works directly with consumers to help them obtain new policies. This position works in a call center setting and reports to the Performance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Contacts and qualifies prospective customers and explains features and merits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances
• Communicates professionally with customers to explain policies, show value of brand(s) represented, follow-up as necessary to sell appropriate plans or policies
• Calculates and/or quotes premium rates for recommended policies
• Develops and maintains thorough product knowledge
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and follows compliance/quality assurance requirements
• Utilizes client and/or company-provided computer systems to perform accurate and timely data entry and submit applications
• Follows scripts and designated sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner
• Actively participates in training and coaching on an ongoing basis to improve performance
• Other duties may be assigned
