Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a permanent full-time Kitchen Assistant/Servery/Barista/Café Allrounder at Edge Hill care home. You’ll deliver a friendly café experience for residents, families and visitors, serving great coffee and snacks in a warm, welcoming space.

No aged care experience is required, but hospitality qualifications are highly regarded. You’ll support dining room service and stock management with the Chef Manager, with opportunities for skill growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated barista experience and love for coffee.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Awareness of workplace safety and hazards.
• Confidence to work independently or with the hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, professional café experience for residents and visitors.
• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages and café snacks; barista skills desirable.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming café environment.
• Follow café procedures to ensure smooth, high-quality operations.
• Support stock management with the Chef Manager; assist with dining room service when needed.
