Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• One year of barista, deli/café, retail or cashiering experience.
• Washington State Food Handlers Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to safety requirements using grill, toaster oven, microwave, etc.
• Maintain proper food handling and workplace safety at all times.
• Prepare coffee drinks—hot and cold—using espresso equipment.
• Serve food to seniors, guests and staff.
• Handle cash and POS, reconcile daily sales and production records.
