Responsibilities

• Clears dirty tables.
• Resets tables.
• Sweeps the floor.
• Empties trash cans.
• Stocks ice/products.
• Maintains a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Maintains a sense of urgency.
• Assists and communicates with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• Removed ketchup in some Cafes; refills guests' drinks and sets up bar pre-mixes.
