Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Busser to support dining operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area, stock supplies, and assist hosts and servers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables.
• Reset tables.
• Sweep floors.
• Empty trash cans.
• Stock ice and products.
• Keep back dock area clean and organized.
• Pre-buss tables.
• Communicate with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some cafes: remove ketchup caps, refill drinks and set up bar pre-mixes.
