Job summary

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, functional environments across properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus. You will perform skilled maintenance, handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, and participate in preventative maintenance.

The role offers four 10-hour days per week, competitive pay of $24–$26 per hour, and a full benefits package. Travel between locations is required, with on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of general maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
• Willingness to travel between locations in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus.

Responsibilities
