Creative & Marketing Senior Recruiter at Creative Circle
Our client in the healthcare/medical space is seeking a Senior B2B Brand Manager to join their team on a fulltime basis.
This position requires at least 40% travel for business purposes, including some weekends.
The Senior Brand Manager Capabilities
- Must have 7-10 years of experience (3 years must be managerial) in the B2B, Brand and Event Experience
- Must have healthcare/medical/medical device experience
- Deep understanding of the B2B/professional channel, with demonstrated expertise in driving customer adoption, increasing engagement, and accelerating market penetration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (email campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, paid media, marketing automation)
- Skilled at presenting marketing strategies, campaign results, and brand plans
- Ability to drive brand growth and achieve measurable marketing goals, w/ experience tracking ROI & optimizing marketing campaigns.
The Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities
- Will have 3 direct reports and will be reporting to the Brand/Events Director
- Developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies with focus on events and digital engagement
- Lead the strategy and execution of all B2B-facing events throughout the year
- Create/manage quarterly and annual marketing plans
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute B2B digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital campaigns
- Work closely with sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, providing the tools and support needed for successful lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Manage respective marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
