Responsibilities include:
  • Understanding and delivering sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  • Supporting store initiatives and participating in team training to achieve business results.
  • Engaging creatively to connect with clients and expand the customer base.
  • Representing the customer experience standards in-store, aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Participating in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Championing RL core values and embracing new shopping methods and technology.
  • Supporting a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
  • Networking, sourcing talent, and providing ongoing feedback to management.
  • Enhancing customer connectivity through alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
  • Increasing product discovery accessibility via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  • Maintaining high productivity standards and store standards at all times.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Providing feedback on category opportunities or needs to management.
Required Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
  • Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Physical ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb as needed.
  • Ability to operate registers, stand, walk for extended periods, and work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
  • A proven track record of success and positive relationship-building skills.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
