Job Description: Entry Level Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an entry-level Brand Ambassador to help build our brand and increase awareness. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about joining the workforce and will bring a fresh approach to our office environment. You will collaborate across all levels and departments to identify what makes us unique and communicate it effectively to the public.

Our Brand Ambassadors shape the company's outward image by uncovering consumer insights and executing innovative marketing campaigns. Your role will involve understanding customer attraction strategies, enhancing customer experience, and improving our company's reputation to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales through strategic brand positioning and territory management
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into actionable plans and market strategies
• Manage a team working on brand initiatives
• Lead creative development to motivate action from the target audience
• Establish performance metrics, costs, pricing, and sales estimates
• Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer and competitor activities
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Develop innovative growth strategies
• Align company efforts with the brand’s direction and tactics
