Job summary

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am–5:00pm with Saturdays 9:00am–12:00pm. This is an hourly, full-time position, located in New Lexington, OH.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally
Complete transaction processing timely and accurately
Project the bank’s professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests
Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts
Complete ongoing product knowledge and sales oriented training to sustain broad knowledge base
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services
Adhere to bank procedures and security standards to protect assets
Promote in-branch communications and promotions as applicable
Communicate recommendations for improved workflow and service
Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and risk management
Deliver high level service within Serving More standards
Other duties as assigned
