Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; 2+ years in retail or customer‑facing roles are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guard the trust and accuracy in high‑volume cash transactions with compliance to security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions to help them reach goals.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, hospitality‑driven environment while balancing efficiency.
