Join our BCBA team at CREST Collaborative! At CREST, you won't be on your own, as we currently have a team of seven BCBAs all under one roof at our Andover, MA school campus. Our goal is to support all of our students to achieve their highest potential academically, socially, and behaviorally.
About the Position
In this role, you'll be a key member of our Lower Essex program, working with elementary and middle school students with varying needs. Our students are all on IEPs with primary social, emotional, and behavioral needs, often alongside other diagnoses, such as autism. They present with a wide spectrum of needs, ranging from outward-acting behaviors to internalized challenges, often rooted in significant trauma.
To best support our students, we prioritize trauma-informed care and require close collaboration between our BCBAs and clinicians to deliver integrated therapeutic support.
Your responsibilities will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to write and contribute to IEPs. We have a full team of in-house professionals at CREST, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), teachers, and clinicians.
The schedule is from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, following the Massachusetts public school schedule with 184 contracted days and an optional 24 days of summer school. There is little to no travel required, no minimum billable hours, and no insurance authorizations to worry about. This position reports directly to the program leadership team.
Salary Range: $56637-$120096 based on education and years of experience
