Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery on a daytime shift (7a–7p), full-time. No bindery experience is required as training is provided. You will run high-speed bindery equipment, feed, pack, inspect products, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn while contributing to daily production goals. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine to start production.
• Pack books into cartons and prepare for shipping.
• Move materials safely between stations and organize workspace.
• Perform hand operations as needed and assist team to hit goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
