• Support emergency response activities by following procedures and communicating with site contacts.

As a Security Officer Full Time Bilingual Reception Operations in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will be the welcoming presence at a dynamic media location, supporting access control, visitor screening, and professional communication in English and Spanish. You will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring arrivals, responding to security-related concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Thur: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel and/or departments.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions or incidents, and respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or responding personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
