Trek is seeking seasoned bike mechanics for full-time roles at our Waterloo, WI HQ factory or Johnson Creek distribution center. You will assemble, tune, and adjust a wide range of bikes, including Project One and Trek models, ensuring top quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience assembling a wide range of bikes (kids to high-end models).
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Passion for hospitality and helping others in a busy shop.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and fine-tune bikes to perfection.
• Bike shop or bike assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly, tuning, and adjustment of a full spectrum of bikes.
• Troubleshoot and update e-bike systems and software as needed.
• Support teammates and contribute to meeting shop goals and service standards.
