Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience with youth, and strong group leadership with families. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour; benefits are eligible for 20+ hrs/week.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One year or more of experience working with youth in an organized setting.
• Ability to lead large groups and communicate effectively with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational, enrichment, and recreational activities to students as directed by the Site Supervisor.
• Observe and manage student behavior according to program procedures.
• Greet families at pick-up and support each child in developing social skills.
• Assist with program planning, setup, and cleanup of activities.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report injuries or incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in staff meetings.
