Job summary

Quaboag Regional School District is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support preschool and school-based programs in Warren, MA. The BCBA will work with the Director of Student Support to implement behavior plans, conduct assessments, and train staff in data-driven strategies across multiple settings.

qualifications include Master’s degree, BCBA certificate or eligibility, and prior public school experience.

• BCBA certificate or LABA required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administration, teaching staff, and families to support children with behavioral needs.
• Oversee student behavior plans and consult with the student’s team.
• Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, attend IEP meetings.
• Ongoing data collection and staff training to track progress on behavior plans.
• Present data showing progress per Behavior Support Plans.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Student Services.
