The role owns the full clinical lifecycle—from assessment through treatment implementation, staff supervision, and monitoring client progress—requiring in-person presence in the clinic Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and clinical licensure as required.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 8–10 clients with 175–200 hours per week.
• In-office presence Monday–Friday is required.
