KVC Health Systems is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our KC Campus in Kansas City, KS. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a human service field is required.
  • Must be credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensure: A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
  • Communication: English proficiency (verbal and written) to conduct official business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review comprehensive Behavior Improvement Plans (BIP) and conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Provide direct individual behavior therapy sessions and implement specific behavioral protocols.
  • Facilitate staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) concepts and provide ongoing feedback on behavior management.
  • Collect and analyze clinical data monthly to determine program efficacy and revisions.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation, including monthly graphs, quarterly reviews, annual reviews, and updated assessments.
  • Conduct direct observations of program implementation to ensure clinical integrity and provide real-time feedback to the treatment team.
  • Lead training sessions for family members and school personnel to foster consistency and generalize skills across environments.
  • Maintain professional conduct with colleagues and stakeholders.
