Solette Seattle is seeking a motivated Food Runner to join our elevated rooftop team in Seattle. You will deliver food promptly, support servers and bartenders, and communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to stand and move trays for extended periods. Evening/weekend availability and rooftop setting add energy to this dynamic spot.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; high-volume or upscale environments is an asset.
• Strong sense of urgency with attention to detail and presentation.
• Clear communicator with a guest-first, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from kitchen to guests, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, efficient service flow.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding orders and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and pass areas.
• Assist with table maintenance, guest needs, and service resets as required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
