Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of bartending experience required.
• Experience handling cash and POS systems preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations when serving alcohol.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnishes, ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders, mixing and presenting beverages per recipes.
• Verifies identifications and monitors guest intoxication in line with policy.
• Processes payments and ensures vouchers and cash handling are accurate.
• Keeps work area clean and organized and assists with other duties as needed.
