Responsibilities

• Set up bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and paper products.
• Prepare and present drinks using standard recipes; monitor portion control.
• Greet guests and provide courteous, timely service; verify IDs as required.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance cash at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
