Qualifications

• Bartending experience is required.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Verify guest identification and check for appropriate ID.
• Determine and act upon guest intoxication; adhere to liquor laws.
• Receive cash, make change, verify charges, and process vouchers.
• Lock up and secure cash drops, deposits, and inventory; tidy bar area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
