Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
• Current licensure in the state of New Mexico
• must be able to obtain a DEA registration and New Mexico board of pharmacy prescriptive authority by the time of employment
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are required
• experience and medical weight management is strongly preferred

About the Position

• Join a bariatrics team of 2 physicians and 3+ support team members
• Daily Patient Average: 16Tricore Lab on-site
• Mon-Fri, 8-5
• Tricore lab onsite
• EMR: Epic (Ambience AI tool)

We are seeking an experience and collaborative advanced practice provider to join our bariatric surgery team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical weight management, conduct pre and post operative bariatric surgical follow up, and have the opportunity to assist in the operating room.
