MidCountry Bank's Hastings Branch is seeking a Teller to provide excellent customer service, handle transactions, and promote bank products in person and by phone.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma, with a preference for 1 year of customer service or cash handling. The role includes balancing cash drawers, supporting branch tasks, and meeting customer needs while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service and/or cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing in person, via drive up, or over the phone.
• Greet customers and assist with banking needs and questions.
• Balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs and support branch tasks.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable products and services.
• Answer calls and provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Refer customers to bank and non-bank products and services as needed.
• Connect customers with appropriate resources to meet customer needs.
• Attend training sessions and complete online compliance courses as assigned.
