Job summary

MidCountry Bank is seeking a Float Teller in Hastings, MN to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and promote the bank’s products both in person and by phone. This full-time, non-exempt role supports multiple branches as needed and operates 40 hours per week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities include cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and assisting customers with inquiries while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service and/or cash handling.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing in person, at drive-thru, or over the phone.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote bank products and services.
• Balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs and support branch tasks.
