Compass Group USA is hiring for full-time Baker positions at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. Location: 0615 Southwest Palatine Hill Road, Portland, OR 97219. Schedule: Five days a week, hours may vary. Requires two years of baking experience.

Fixed pay rate: $24.40 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Responsibilities include preparing baked goods to recipes, assisting in production planning, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring proper food handling.

Qualifications

• Two years of baking experience required.
• Full time schedule; five days a week; hours may vary.

Responsabilités

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production and catering sheets.
• Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and production standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Handle foods safely and comply with safety regulations.
• Complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
