Clements' Marketplace is seeking a full-time Bake Shop Manager for our Plymouth, MA location. You will monitor product freshness, manage inventory, oversee bakery operations, supervise staff, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications

• Two years of related field experience.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the freshness of products and manage inventory.
• Prepare and bake products as needed.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation and food safety guidelines. Maintain organization of work spaces.
• Oversee the daily bakery department operations to meet customer service standards and coordinate staff.
• Work closely with other staff to achieve department goals.
• This position may perform other duties as required.
