Clements' Marketplace in Plymouth, MA is seeking a highly motivated manager to oversee deli and kitchen functions at our Plymouth location. The role focuses on daily operations, inventory, staff coordination, and maintaining high product standards.

You will prepare products, develop new options, source fresh items, and work closely with the team to achieve department goals in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Motivated individual that can work in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the freshness of products and manage inventory.
• Oversee proper cleaning, sanitation and food safety guidelines for the department. Ensure equipment is utilized in a safe manner, in accordance with store policies and procedure. Maintaining proper organization of work spaces is also required.
• Oversee the daily operation of our deli & kitchen departments to ensure customer service standards are met. This includes the coordination of all department staff.
• Prepare products consistently following predefined recipes, as well as developing new prepared food options.
• Source new department-appropriate products to keep things fresh and interesting.
• Work closely with other staff members to maintain department goals.
• This position may perform other duties as required.

Pay
