Clements' Marketplace is seeking a full-time Bake Shop Manager for our Plymouth, MA location. You will monitor product freshness, manage inventory, oversee bakery operations, supervise staff, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.

• Motivated to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management and organizational skills.

Clements' Marketplace seeks a full-time Bake Shop Manager for our location in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Clements' is a family owned and operated business with three locations and ties to RI & MA since 1980. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the freshness of products and manage inventory.
• Prepare and bake products as needed.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation and food safety guidelines. Equipment will be utilized in a safe manner, in accordance with store policies and procedure. Maintaining proper organization of work spaces is also required.
• Oversee the daily operation of our bakery department to ensure customer service standards are met. This includes the coordination of all department staff.
• Work closely with other staff members to maintain department goals.
• This position may perform other duties as required.

• At least two years previous working experience in a related field.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Highly motivated individual that can work in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multi-task, have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000-60,000/year
