Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Maintain a quick speed of service as well as a level of quality.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

At Chick-fil-A Celebrate Virginia we are searching for individuals who have high character, high level of consistency in performance and positive attitude, and a desire to grow. We want to provide a consistent place off employment for those hired as they provide a consistent experience for our guests and our team.

Position Type:

• Availability ranging from one of the three options, 5am-5pm, 11a-8pm, 2pm-11pm.
• And be able to work at least 32 hours a week.
• Saturdays are required
• Pay ranging $15.50-$17 based off of prior experience and availability
