Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members in a full-time capacity with open availability. The role emphasizes delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and food while maintaining a positive, guest-focused environment.

Team Members will prepare and present food safely, assist across kitchen stations, and uphold cleanliness and organizational standards. Flexible scheduling is offered with Sundays closed and competitive pay based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures from Chick-fil-A leadership.
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance needs to leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes; open/close tasks.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
