Storage Asset Management is seeking a focused sales-driven professional to join our property management team. The role emphasizes converting inquiries into rentals, leading tours, and maintaining premier facility standards at our self-storage sites.

The successful candidate will have a strong sales and marketing background, plus experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with engaging facility tours.
• Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
