Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a sales-focused property professional to convert inquiries into storage rentals, lead engaging facility tours, and maintain premium property presentation. The role requires a strong drive to win new business, excellent communication, and flexible weekend availability.

You will contribute to marketing efforts, manage rent collection, and mentor assistant managers while upholding outstanding customer service and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into rentals.

• Mentor junior staff with sales skills.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:
